Gift Card Sweepstakes - Official Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsor

This giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by RoseSkinCo, Inc (“Sponsor”), located at 2093 Philadelphia Pike #3577 Claymont, DE, 19703. 

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on April 1, 12:30 AM and ends on April 8, 2026 at 11:50 PM EST (the “Promotion Period”). Entries received before or  after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of countries where this Promotion is lawful who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter.

Void where prohibited, restricted, or taxed by law.

4. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, eligible individuals may enter by becoming a new subscriber to RoseSkinCo email and/or SMS marketing through the designated sign-up form during the Promotion Period.

Eligible entrants will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Promotion.

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period. Multiple entries from the same person, email address, phone number, or device may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

5. Prize

There will be five (5) winners. Each winner will receive one (1) RoseSkinCo $150 gift card.

Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize: $150 USD
Total ARV of all prizes: $750 USD

Gift cards are subject to the issuer’s applicable terms and conditions. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection

On or about [insert draw date], Sponsor will randomly select five (5) potential winners from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be notified using the contact information provided at entry, including by email and/or phone, within [insert number] days of the drawing.

If a potential winner:

• cannot be contacted,

• does not respond within [48] hours,

• is found to be ineligible, or

• fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions,

Sponsor may disqualify that potential winner and randomly select an alternate winner.

9. Prize Delivery

Prizes will be delivered electronically to each confirmed winner using the contact information provided at entry within 7 business days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) after eligibility is verified.

10. Marketing Communications

By entering through the email and SMS subscription form, entrants agree to receive marketing emails and text messages from Sponsor. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchase. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.

If an entrant unsubscribes after entering, their entry will remain valid so long as the initial entry was submitted during the Promotion Period and otherwise complied with these Terms & Conditions.

Standard message and data rates may apply for SMS entrants depending on their mobile carrier and plan.

11. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, each winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, city, country, likeness, and statements related to the Promotion for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media now known or later developed, worldwide, without additional compensation, permission, or notice.

12. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other cause impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Promotion.

Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it believes has tampered with the entry process, violated these Terms & Conditions, submitted fraudulent information, or acted in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.

13. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim, liability, loss, damage, or cause of action arising out of or relating to participation in the Promotion or the receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.

14. Platform Disclaimer

If this Promotion is promoted on Instagram, Facebook, or any Meta platform, it is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta. By entering, entrants understand that they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to Instagram, Facebook, or Meta.

15. Privacy

Information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at: [https://roseskinco.com/policies/privacy-policy].

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Delaware], without regard to conflict of law principles.
